Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to lead and execute electrical engineering projects in the utilities industry. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, team leadership and collaboration, client relationship management, quality assurance and compliance, and budget and resource management.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with utility requirements.

  • Coordinate with clients, lead project teams, and monitor progress.

  • Ensure compliance with utility regulations, safety standards, and codes.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, promote communication and knowledge sharing.

  • Provide technical guidance and conduct regular team meetings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish strong client relationships, understand their needs.

  • Collaborate on project scopes, communicate updates and milestones.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with utility regulations, electrical codes, and safety standards.

  • Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer is a Desirable.

  • 5+ years of electrical engineering project management experience in utilities, Transmission, Distribution Substation.

  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
