The ideal candidate will manage maintenance team in new construction of Multifamily residential buildings. This individual will ensure adherence to regulations and compliance and work closely with maintenance teams to solve problems that arise and ensure the project is completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the property is in compliance with company standards

• Work with contractors to complete large ground-up projects

• Familiarize self with multiple building blueprints

Key Requirements:

• 8 Years + Experience in Ground- Up Multifamily Construction

• Time management and communication skills

• Competent with Wood frame Structures
