​Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite Foundation Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, budget management, team leadership, and client/stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Enforce strict adherence to quality and safety standards on construction sites, conducting regular inspections.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

  • Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide accurate financial reports.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in managing onsite utilities foundation construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and building codes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software.
