What Your Role Is

As a Project Manager with us, you'll be at the helm of power delivery projects, overseeing everything from initial bid preparation to project completion. Your responsibilities will include:

To excel in this role, you'll need to bring a powerful blend of skills and experience, including:

  • Knowledge: A deep understanding of design, estimating, construction, finance, and management.

  • Innovation: The ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.

  • Industry Expertise: A thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, and activities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) and familiarity with technology platforms like Primavera P6, JD Edwards, Hubble, EcoSys, Incorta, and Bid 2 Win.

  • Communication: Effective communication skills, including oral, written, presentation, and listening.

  • Leadership: Strong motivational and supervisory skills.

  • Organization: The ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.

  • Flexibility: A willingness to travel as needed and a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR).

  • Analytical Skills: The ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical specifications, drawings, financial reports, and legal documents.

Education and Experience

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

  • A four-year degree in construction science, construction management, construction engineering, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.

  • A minimum of five years of construction management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience in similar construction.

  • A thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, methods, negotiations, engineering, estimating, schedules, and safety.
