The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple financial analysis projects at the same time. At month end, you will be responsible for budget, projection, and actual variance commentary.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting, reporting and analysis with respect to a number of Distributed Generation Portfolios, including maintaining and improving the accounting and reporting systems, manage and oversee the transactional accounting performed by the DG Shared Service Finance team in the Philippines with respect to these Portfolios

• Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets

• Analyze and provide commentary on variances

• Communicate with vendors and ensure on-time processing of vendor allowances

• Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies

• Ensure REN Accounting Manual for US operations remains up to date and aligned with reporting standards and Company guidance

• Oversee month-end close and accounting processes related to all aspects entities within scope.

• Review financial statements and systematically review all journal entries and account reconciliations on a monthly basis

• Review financial statements of non-operated JV’s, and liase with partners as neessary to understand asset performance and feedback to management accordingly

• Prepare US GAAP Financial Statements for all entities as required for investor reporting and tax purposes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting

• 4+ years' of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong quantitative financial skills
