Working Hours: (Office role based in Victoria, London ) 10am starts on Monday, 10:30am starts on Tuesday to Friday with 3 x 6:30pm and 2 x 7:30pm finishes.

The team is responsible for helping Top Renewable Energy companies find and hire the best talent across the US. Our teams are experts at making important talent decisions, they are rigorous in their approach to finding talent solutions that are critical to the long-term success and growth of the businesses we work with.

The market itself is seeing unprecedented growth and as such the ability to become a large biller from day one is very real.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for ambitious and hard-working individuals to join us in our efforts of providing the best talent solutions to the clients in our markets.

Day to Day Duties will include:

  • Using LinkedIn, internal database (CRM) and job boards to search for candidates.

  • Populating the internal database (CRM) by using LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.

  • Following the internal recruitment process correctly and accurately adding candidates details to our internal database (CRM).

  • Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for vacancies, by qualifying and shortlisting candidates.

  • Business Development – experience with bringing on new clients, winning roles and managing accounts.

  • Building strong relationships with clients by providing market knowledge and helping with their hiring strategy.

  • Managing 180 and 360 processes and negotiating candidate offers.

  • Planning your day productively to ensure weekly and monthly targets are achieved and successfully managing your pipeline.

  • Work with our internal Marketing team, by following up sales leads.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ Recruitment experience in any sector.

  • Have experience with handling 180 and 360 processes.

  • Business Development experience.

  • Be highly organised and have good time management.

  • Can manage multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Execute your work with quality and care and have excellent communication skills.

  • Be self-motivated, embrace learning and be highly inquisitive.

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize.
