What Your Role Is:

As a Senior Transmission Engineer, you’ll spearhead transformative electrical transmission projects, guided by your expertise and our collaborative team spirit. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing EHV Transmission Lines: Define design parameters that shape the future of power delivery.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide exemplary leadership to project teams, guiding and mentoring junior staff members to reach their full potential.

• Technical Prowess: Exhibit proficiency in tools like PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, SAG10, AutoCAD, and Micro-station, ensuring seamless project execution and design precision.

• Innovation in Design: Develop innovative transmission standards, specifications, and studies, incorporating your deep understanding of 500kV and below experiences, EHV underground systems, and lattice/tapered tubular h-frame designs.

• Financial Oversight: Oversee financial performance, ensuring budget control of project assignments.

What Skills You Will Need:

• Professional Expertise: Hold a state Professional Engineering License and possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• Relevant Experience: Boast 10 years of relevant experience, showcasing your mastery in EHV transmission projects.

• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong command of PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, SAG10, AutoCAD, and/or Micro-station, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.
