​RO Energy are now recruiting for a Substation Superintendent within the Rockies. The position requires experience working in the T&D and substation sector in overhead and underground systems.

It's an excellent opportunity to help start a new division and grow a substation division to support its overall group.

We are looking for an experienced Union Substation Superintendent that is based in the South-West of the USA. You must be able to manage crews and travel up to 75%.

Requirements:

• 10 years' experience

• Completed 2+ EHV (230kV) stations or switchyard

• You must be an IBEW union member (or willing to re-sign if lapsed)

• Travel as necessary, primarily in the SW and mountain states (Anticipated 75%)

• Ability to recruit additional talent

• Have strong relationships with clients

Benefits:

• $68 / hr, with 1.5x rate over 40 hours (minimum 40 hours a week)

• GSA Rate per diem for days worked
