Objective: Support the overall strategy of the business unit by developing and executing operational plans for the assigned client group. Ensure alignment with business objectives and drive successful outcomes through effective stakeholder management, project leadership, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment and Operational Execution: Develop and implement operational plans that align with the business unit's strategy. Ensure that these plans effectively support the assigned client group’s objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including top management. Understand their needs, issues, and concerns. Lead the development of stakeholder engagement plans to communicate business information and decisions effectively.
Project and Program Management: Oversee a significant portfolio of projects within the assigned client group. Use appropriate methodologies to ensure that projects are prioritized, resourced, and executed to achieve intended outcomes within both immediate and long-term timeframes.
Resource Allocation and Utilization: Ensure that all projects have the necessary resources and that these are allocated efficiently to achieve project goals. Continuously evaluate and optimize resource utilization to meet both short-term and strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
Over 10 to 15 years of experience in interpreting and translating strategy into operational objectives and plans.
More than 15 years of experience, including leadership roles that involve guiding others in work systems, processes, and overcoming challenges.
