RO is on the trajectory to become the leading recruitment specialist within the Renewables and Infrastructure market within the U.S. We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly growing team in our London office.

About you

  • Have at least 18 months recruitment experience in any market, it is essential that you have some mentoring/management of younger team members.

  • Have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship.

  • High level of business acumen.

  • Embrace learning and highly inquisitive.

  • Not afraid of failing or not knowing the answer.

  • Having excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize.

  • Competition driven.
